Lozano et al v. San Francisco 49ers, Ltd. et al
Plaintiffs alleged that Defendant San Francisco 49ers, Ltd. and Jed York engaged in a campaign to terminate older workers, concealed the fact that their actions involved a group termination of older employees, failed to comply with the requirements of the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act (OWBPA), and violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) by discriminating against plaintiffs in the terms and conditions of employment based upon the fact that they were over 40 years old.
