Gosling v. Groupon, Inc.
A federal consumer class-action lawsuit against Groupon charges that 1) consumers buy Groupons that some businesses refuse to honor because they make more money from selling non-discounted products and services, and 2) Groupon subscribers are sold gift certificates with "illegal expiration dates" under state and federal law.
