ORDER REGARDING PARTIES AND CONSENT. There is a pending motion to dismiss. The docket reflects two non-appearing defendants: Experience Project and Kanjoya, Inc. The court's quick look at the docket reveals that the plaintiff served Ultimate Software and Kanjoya, and then Ultimate removed the case. The Notice of Removal references that Experience Project is a website acquired by Ultimate Software. And Kanjoya is a wholly owned subsidiary.
