ORDER: Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 78u-4(a)(3)(A), Plaintiff Christine E. Riley had 20 days after the filing of the #1 Complaint to "publish[], in a widely circulated national business oriented-publication or wire service, a notice advising members of the purported plaintiff class" of this action and that any member of the purported class had 60 days thereafter to move this Court to serve as lead plaintiff. By 8/19/2022, Plaintiff Riley is hereby ordered to file on ECF proof of such publication within 20 days of the date the Complaint was filed. Further, the Court notes that on 5/10/2022, attorney Tamar A. Weinreb filed a notice of appearance on behalf of "Lead Plaintiff Movant Qingping Deng and Plaintiff Christine E. Riley." (See Dkt. #13 .) Yet neither Qingping Deng nor Christine Riley have yet moved to be appointed lead plaintiff. In accordance with 15 U.S.C. 78u-4(a)(3), the Court hereby orders that any member of the purported class for this action requesting to be appointed lead plaintiff file a motion for appointment of lead plaintiff by 9/15/2022.
