In the wake of the Cambridge Analytica data misuse and political ad targeting scandal, several investors filed separate lawsuits against the social networking giant and its top executives. This one, filed by Facebook shareholder Jeremiah F Hallisey, alleges that CEO and founder Mark Zuckerberg as well as other senior managers "breached their fiduciary duties by failing to prevent the initial misappropriation [of user data]" and by failing to disclose the misappropriation once they became aware of it.
