Mohamed et al v. Jeppesen Dataplan, Inc. Featured Case

Plaintiffs sued Defendant Jeppesen Dataplan, Inc. under the Alien Tort Statute, 28 U.S.C. § 1350, because it allegedly provided flight and logistical services to the CIA, and facilitated and profited from plaintiffs' forced disappearances, torture and other inhumane treatment, commonly known as "extraordinary rendition."
