Motorola Mobility, Amazon.com, Dell, and Apple are hereby severed from this case. In addition, the Court sua sponte severs the remaining Defendants from this case. All Defendants except Apple are hereby dismissed. Apples motion to transfer to the Northern District of California is GRANTED.
