Lazebnik v. Apple Inc. Featured Case

Plaintiff Noam Lazebnik filed this class action lawsuit against Apple alleging the company intentionally misrepresented that the "Season Pass" for Season 5 of television show "Breaking Bad" included all 16 episodes for that season, when in fact it included only half of them.
