Based on the foregoing stated herein, the Court grants Defendant City of San Diego's Moti on to Dismiss Due to Lack of Standing and Dismisses with Prejudice Plaintiff's federal disparate impact discrimination claim and Dismisses without Prejudice her supplemental state law claims. This order disposes of all remaining claims. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is instructed to enter judgment in favor of Defendant City of San Diego and terminate this case.
