ORDER AWARDING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND LITIGATION EXPENSES TO CLASS COUNSEL. Court determines that an award of attys' fees and costs to Class Counsel under common fund doctrine in the collective amount of $3,500,000, representing 30% of the first $10 million in settlement value and 25% of the additional $2 million in settlement value, is fair, reasonable and appropriate. Court awards the named Plaintiffs reimbursemeent of reasonable costs and expenses, as allowed a s follows: 1.) Michael McPhail - $10,422.30, 2.) Robert Kimnach - $9,380.96, 3.) Candace Hurley - $3,867.72, 4.) Neil Hurley - $923.20, 5.) Scott Wagner - $3,149.96, and 6.) Krystin Wagner - $2,073.00. Court awards $ ;3,500.000.00 to Class Counsel as attys' fees, costs and litigation expenses to be paid in accordance to the terms of thge Stipulation and Settlement Agreement.
