ORDER: Plaintiff's counsel's Motion to Withdraw (Doc. 92 ) is granted in part and denied in part. The law firm of Avila & Peros may withdraw from representing Plaintiff Venus Hisaw, but may not withdraw from representing the Estate of Kyle Przysiecki. Plaintiff's Motion to Remove Attorneys (Doc. 94 ) is granted. John P. Kristensen, Daniel A. Desoto, and John T. Lupton may withdraw as counsel for all Plaintiffs. The Clerk of the Court shall amend the docket to reflect these chang es. Plaintiff Venus Hisaw must notify the Court within 60 days of the date of this order whether she has secured new counsel or whether she intends to proceed pro se. The Clerk of the Court shall mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff Venus Hisaw. Signed by Judge William Q. Hayes on 1/6/2010.
