ORDER granting 8 Motion for Reconsideration; Vacating Judgment entered 10/1/07; Granting Request for Marshal Service; and Granting Extension of Time to Serve Defendants. The Clerk of Court is directed to vacate the Judgment entered on 10/1/07. The Clerk of Court is directed to provide Plaintiff with an IFP package. The Court will grant Plaintiff an additional sixty days from the date this Order is filed to complete service. It is further ordered the U.S. Marshall shall, within 30 days of rece iving Plaintiff's updated ISMS Form 285s effect service of Plaintiff's Complaint and summons upon Defendants as directed by Plaintiff.
