ORDER granting Plaintiff's 35 Motion to Dismiss First Amended Complaint. Court construes Pla's motion as a notice of dismissal of his claims against all three defendants. If Pla believes Court has reached this conclusion in error, he shal l file an Amended Notice of Dismissal by 5/11/2009, indicating whether he intends to pursue case against the Transportation Security Administration.
