ORDER granting 52 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution and Request to Enter Judgment by DSL Service Company. Plaintiffs have been absent almost entirely from this litigation, failing to oppose the dispositive motions brought against them and f ailing to file a second amended complaint.
