ORDER: Granting 19 Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendant Terry Hill; Granting in Part 24 Motion to Dismiss; and Remanding Action to State Court. It is hereby ordered that all claims asserted against Dr. Hill are dismissed with prejudice. The remai ning Defendants' motion to dismiss is granted in part. Plaintiffs ninth cause of action for violation of federal civil rights, and the tenth cause of action for violation of federal civil rights are dismissed with prejudice.
