Filing 14 ORDER granting Joint Motion to Consolidate Cases and Dismiss Action in Favor of Binding Arbitration. The following actions shall be consolidated with 09cv2514-IEG(WMC): 09cv2516-H(WMC), 09cv2821-JLS(WVG), 09cv2819-DMS(CAB), 09cv2907-W)(WMC), and 09cv 2908-W(JMA). Plaintiffs and United shall submit all matters to binding arbitration before Judge H. Lee Sarokin (Ret). Plaintiffs shall bear 50% of the arbitration fees and United shall bear 50% of the arbitration fees. Prevailing party or p arties shall be entitled to recover their portion of the arbitration fees at discretion of arbitrator. Consolidated action shall be dismissed w/o prejudice, w/ Court retaining jurisdiction to vacate the dismissal upon showing of good cause to hear a petition to confirm or vacated the arbitrator's award..
