Petitioner's (Doc. 29 ) request for appointment of counsel is denied and Petitioner's (Doc. 31 ) Motion fo r Injunctive Relief is denied as moot. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment dismissing the (Doc. 1 ) Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus for failure to file this action within the statute of limitations.
