ORDER: The (Doc. 17 ) "Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss and Rule 12(f) Motion to Strike Plaintiff's [First Amended] Complaint" is granted in part and denied in part. The motion is granted as to the claims for intentional misrepresentat ion, negligent misrepresentation, false promise and unjust enrichment. The motion is denied in all other respects.
