Cunningham in contempt of court for failing to comply w/ Court's 9/15/2010 Order Enforcing IRS Summons. Court stays any sanctions until 1/24/2011, to allow Respondent opportunity to comply w/ Court's Order. Court will discharge the finding of contempt, upon receiving notice from Govt that Respondent has complied. If Respondent fails to appear before Revenue Officer Black on 1/20/2011, Court will issue a warrant for arrest and incarceration until he purges himself of the contempt. Signed by Judge Irma E.
