ORDER Granting (Doc. 4 ) Defendants JP Morgan Chase Bank, NA and California Reconveyance Company's Motion to Dismiss. The Court Grants Defendants' motion to dismiss in its entirety. The Court allows Plaintiff leave to amend his federal RE SPA cause of action only as to his section 2605(e) claim against Defendant Chase.
