Additionally, the Court grants TEPCO's motion to dismiss the SAC's claims on behalf of "Doe" plaintiffs. Plaintiffs&# 039; other claims survive. The Court denies TEPCO's Motion to Dismiss under the doctrines of forum non conveniens and international comity. The Court also grants Plaintiffs Motion to Amend their SAC.
