Fuchs or a designee, on May 29, 2014, at 10:30 a.m., at th e offices of the Internal Revenue Service located at 333 West Broadway, Suite 914, San Diego, California, 92101, to give testimony as directed by this Order. The Government shall serve a copy of this Order upon Respondent within 7 days of the date th at this Order is served upon counsel for the Government, or as soon thereafter as possible. Proof of such service shall be filed with the Clerk of Court as soon as practicable. Respondent is hereby notified that failure to comply with this Order may subject him to sanctions for contempt of court.
