ORDER granting in part Defendants' 11 Motion to Compel Arbitration and 11 Motion to Stay. Court stays further judicial proceedings pending completion of arbitration. The parties are instructed to submit a joint status report within ninety (90) days of the date of this Order, and additional joint status reports every ninety (90) days thereafter, apprising Court of the status of the arbitration proceedings. Upon completion of the arbitration proceedings, the parties shall jointly submi t to Court within fourteen (14) days, a report advising Court of the outcome of the arbitration and a request that the case be dismissed or reopened.
