July 12, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 18 ORDER granting in part Plaintiff's 12 Motion for Summary Judgment; denying Defendant's 15 Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment. Court finds that the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) legally erred when he rejected the opinion of Dr. Khatami. Court also finds that there are gaps in the record such that there are substantial issues that have not been resolved.
