The Court orders the Clerk to enter a Clerk's Judgment on the docket for the purpose of setting out the Court's earlier Remand Order 18 as a separate document pursuant to Rule 58. The Clerk's Judgment shall be dated as of the date of this Ord er. Court denies the award of attorney's fees and expenses under the EAJA to Plaintiff as premature. The parties may move for an award to Plaintiff of attorney fees and expenses under the EAJA by 12/25/2017 or thereafter. Court also finds that there are gaps in the record such that there are substantial issues that have not been resolved.
