PRECEDENTIAL OPINION Coram: MCKEE, Chief Judge, FUENTES, Circuit Judges and *SCHILLER, District Judge. Total Pages: 21. Judge: FUENTES Authoring. *Honorable Berle M. Schiller, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, sitting by designation. As to the unlawful entry claim, we reverse the District Court's denial of the Carmans' motion for judgment as a matter of law. We remand the case with the direction that judgment be entered in the Carmans' favor and that a new trial be ordered with respect to damages. As to the unreasonable seizure claim, we affirm the jury verdict and the District Court's denial of judgment as a matter of law.
