April 23, 2021 Filing 2 CLERK ORDER The petitions for review at Nos. 20-2971 and 21-1807 are consolidated for disposition only. To that extent, Petitioner's motion filed in No. 20-2971 is granted. It is noted that the parties have completed briefing in No. 20-2971. Accordingly, Respondent is directed to file a supplemental administrative record within 21 days of the date of this order. Upon the filing of the administrative record, Petitioner must file and serve a supplemental brief and appendix within 30 days of the date the supplemental administrative record is filed. Respondent must file and serve a supplemental responsive brief within 21 days of service of Petitioner's supplemental brief. Petitioner's supplemental reply brief, if any, must be filed and served within 10 days of service of Respondent's supplemental brief. In the supplemental briefs, the parties must focus on the issues raised in the March 23, 2021 decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals denying the motion to reopen and need not repeat background facts or issues already addressed in the briefs filed in No. 20-2971.
