ORDER (Clerk) A new appeal for this case from Appellant was opened on April 20. 2022. A day after it was opened, the Clerk sent a letter notifying the parties that an appeal from an order of a Magistrate Judge may not be reviewable by the Court of Appeals and directed the parties to file responses addressing the issue. On April 29, 2022, the District Court notified this Court that the Notice of Appeal was filed to this Court in error, and the appeal was meant only for the District Court, not this Court. The District Court added a docket note that it would construe the April 18, 2022 notice of appeal as an appeal of a magistrate decision to the District Court.
