ORDER (Clerk) The letter motion is granted and the appeal is stayed pending the filing and disposition of the supplemental traverse in the District Court. The parties are directed to file written reports addressing the status of the pending proceedings on May 5, 2025 and every thirty (30) days thereafter. The parties must immediately advise the Clerk's Office in writing upon the disposition of the proceedings. It should be noted that any party who wishes to challenge the order disposing of the supplemental traverse must file a new notice of appeal. The notice of appeal must be filed within the time prescribed by Fed. R. App. P. 4(a). This stay does not apply to the obligation to pay filing and docketing fees for the appeal. Within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order, Appellant must either pay the $605 fee in the District Court or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis in this Court. A form affidavit is enclosed for Appellant's convenience. Appellant must also file a certified copy of his prison account statement for the six-month period prior to the filing of the notice of appeal within the same fourteen-day period. Failure to pay the fee or file the motion and account statement may result in dismissal of this case without further notice. 3d Cir. L.A.R. Misc. 107. Answer due 04/21/2025. (AMR) [Entered: 04/07/2025 02:11 PM]
