ORDER (SHWARTZ, MATEY and CHUNG, Circuit Judges) Petitioner's "Application for Leave to File Joint Notice Appeal Mandamus Sequor Writ of Error Coram Nobis Before the Court and Its JPML" (hereinafter "the Application"), which has been docketed as a petition for a writ of mandamus, is denied. Even under the most liberal construction of the Application, Petitioner has not demonstrated that she is entitled to a writ of mandamus. See Hollingsworth v. Perry, 558 U.S. 183, 190 (2010) (per curiam). Furthermore, Petitioner is not eligible for a writ of error coram nobis, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(e), and no other writ is warranted here. We see no reason to treat the Application as a notice of appeal from District Court orders entered over a year ago in Petitioner's cases (either for the purpose of transferring the appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit the Circuit covering the Northern District of Texas or adjudicating the appeal ourselves), for such an appeal would clearly be time-barred. See Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(1)(A); see also Bowles v. Russell, 551 U.S. 205, 209, 214 (2007). To the extent that the Application seeks any other relief from us, that relief is denied.. Panel No.: BLD-121. Matey , Authoring Judge. (PDB) [Entered: 05/01/2025 11:14 AM]
