No.Southern Ohio Coal Co. was sold to Ohio Valley Resources, Inc., a then-wholly owned subsidiary of Murray Energy Corporation, in a 2013 Stock Purchase Agreement. Murray filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and sold its assets to an entity formed by former cr creditors called American Consolidated Natural Resources, Inc. (ACNR). It is believed that Murray kept Southern Ohio post-2013 sale, and that Southern Ohio Coal Co. emerged as a subsidiary of ACNR in bankruptcy. ACNR is a privately-held company. Cont. 2.
