ORDER: In the present case, plaintiffs rely on diversity of citizenship for federal jurisdiction. However, appellants Circuit Rule 3(c) docketing statement fails to disclose the state of incorporation of plaintiff Cars R Us Sales and Rentals, Inc. They must do so. Appellants are also advised that 28 U.S.C. 1331(a), as the cited in the Docketing Statement, is not the statute that vests diversity jurisdiction in the district court. Further, appellants must identify the date they filed their Rule 59 motion; it is insufficient to state that it was timely filed. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that appellants file a complete statement of jurisdiction that includes the state of incorporation of plaintiff Cars R Us Sales and Rentals, Inc. and the date the Rule 59 was filed.
