ORDER: In August 2020, the district court denied Richard Arnolds petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2254, but granted him a certificate of appealability on his claim of actual innocence. In order to aid our review of the appeal, we grant Arnolds motion for appointment of counsel, Matthew S. Pinix, on appeal, nunc pro tunc to September 8, 2020. Briefing shall proceed as follows: The appellant shall file his brief and required short appendix on or before December 1, 2020. The appellee shall file his brief on or before January 4, 2021.
