November 30, 2020 Filing 4 Filed Appellant Rayvon Parker Memorandum In Support of PLRA Motion for Leave to Proceed on Appeal In Forma Pauperis. [4] [7124646] [20-3007] (MAN) [Entered: 11/30/2020 04:04 PM]
November 16, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER: A review of the court's docket indicates that this appeal is subject to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and therefore all proceedings will remain suspended until the appellant's fee status has been resolved. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3d 429, 434 (7th Cir. 1997). On October 13, 2020, the district court denied the appellants motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis. On November 13, 2020, the appellant renewed his motion for leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis with this court. The motion, however, is incomplete because it does not include a PLRA memorandum in support. (See the court's PLRA fee notice and order dated October 16, 2020.) Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the appellant file his PLRA memorandum by December 16, 2020. In his memorandum, the appellant should explain why he believes the district courts denial of leave to appeal in forma pauperis was erroneous. Failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this appeal. Sent Certified Mail. Receipt Number: 7019 0700 0000 6008 1568.
