Filing 7 ORDER: 1. Motion to appoint counsel, filed on 3/14/2022. 2. Motion to be an e-filer, filed on 3/14/2022. Appellant Mary Robinson asks this court to recruit counsel on appeal. This court has carefully reviewed the final order of the district court, the record on appeal, and appellants motions. Based on this review, the court has determined that any issues that could be raised are insubstantial and that further briefing would not be helpful to the courts consideration of the issues. See Taylor v. City of New Albany, 979 F.2d 87 (7th Cir. 1992); Mather v. Village of Mundelein, 869 F.2d 356, 357 (7th Cir. 1989) (court can decide case on motions papers and record where briefing would not be helpful and no member of the panel desires briefing or argument). The district court did not err in dismissing Robinsons complaint as frivolous. 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B)(i). The motions for counsel and to become an e-filer are DENIED, and the judgment of the district court is summarily AFFIRMED. Robinson is reminded that submitting further groundless appeals may lead to sanctions, including monetary fines or a filing bar directing the clerks of all federal courts in this circuit to return unfiled any papers submitted either directly or indirectly by her or on her behalf until she pays all outstanding fees and sanctions. In re City of Chicago, 500 F.3d 582, 58586 (7th Cir. 2007); Support Sys. Intl, Inc. v. Mack, 45 F.3d 185, 186 (7th Cir. 1995). [ # 5 ] [ # 4 ] Sent Certified Mail.
