Filed order (KIM MCLANE WARDLAW, RICHARD R. CLIFTON and GABRIEL P. SANCHEZ) A review of the record demonstrates that this court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal because the January 10, 2023 and January 13, 2023 orders challenged in the appeal are not final, and are not immediately appealable as collateral orders. See 28 U.S.C. 1291; See Mohawk Indus., Inc. v. Carpenter, 558 U.S. 100, 106 (2009) (the collateral order doctrine includes only decisions that are conclusive, resolve important questions separate from the merits, and are effectively unreviewable on appeal from final judgment); Wilborn v. Escalderon, 789 F.2d 1328, 1330 (9th Cir. 1986) (denial of appointment of counsel in civil case is not appealable); see also Branson v. City of Los Angeles, 912 F.2d 334, 336 (9th Cir. 1990) (denial of reconsideration of non-appealable order is itself not appealable). Consequently, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. DISMISSED. [12638385] (JBS) [Entered: 01/25/2023 01:43 PM]
