ORDER FILED. SUNG and H.A. THOMAS, Circuit Judges. The motion (Docket Entry No. 3) for an extension of time is denied as unnecessary. Three or more prior actions or appeals filed by appellant were dismissed as frivolous, malicious, or for failure to state a claim. Coston v. Holbrook, et al., No. 20-35201 (9th Cir. Dec. 11, 2020) (dismissed as frivolous); Coston v. Spanner, et al., No. 15-35914 (9th Cir. Mar. 8, 2016) (finding appeal frivolous); Coston v. Uttecht, No. 11-35975 (9th Cir. Mar. 14, 2012) (finding appeal frivolous). Appellant has not alleged imminent danger of serious physical injury. The motion (Docket Entry No. 5) to proceed in forma pauperis is therefore denied. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Within 21 days, appellant must pay $605 to the district court in fees for this appeal and file proof of payment with this court. If appellant does not pay the fees, the court will dismiss this appeal, regardless of further filings. See 9th Cir. R. 42-1. No motions for reconsideration, clarification, or modification of the denial of appellants in forma pauperis status will be entertained. If the appeal is dismissed for failure to pay fees, the court will not entertain any motion to reinstate the appeal that does not include proof of payment. [Entered: 09/25/2025 03:44 PM]
