ORDER FILED. (Mary M. SCHROEDER, Johnnie B. RAWLINSON, Jacqueline H. NGUYEN) The motion (Docket Entry No. 11) for summary affirmance of the district courts order denying appellants motion for sentence reduction under 18 U.S.C. 3582(c)(2) is granted. See United States v. Hooton, 693 F.2d 857, 858 (9th Cir. 1982) (stating standard). The district court correctly concluded that appellant is ineligible for a sentence reduction because his career offender Guidelines range has not been lowered by any amendment to the Guidelines. See Dillon v. United States, 560 U.S. 817, 827, 831 (2010). AFFIRMED. [Entered: 11/14/2025 09:34 AM]

ORDER FILED. This courts docket reflects that appellant is proceeding without counsel. Accordingly, appellant is responsible for preparing a pro se brief stating, in his own words, why he believes the district courts decision was incorrect. The pro se opening brief is due July 29, 2025. The answering brief is due August 28, 2025. The optional pro se reply brief is due within 21 days after service of the answering brief. Appellant is not required to submit excerpts of record. If appellant does not submit excerpts, appellee must submit all documents cited in the pro se opening brief or otherwise required by the rules. See 9th Cir. R. 30-1. If appellant does not file a timely pro se opening brief, the appeal may be dismissed for failure to prosecute. See 9th Cir. R. 42-1. Within 7 days, the government must serve the district courts March 14, 2025, order on appellant and provide proof of service to this court. [Entered: 06/17/2025 03:00 PM]
