ORDER FILED. HURWITZ, VANDYKE, and SUNG, Circuit Judges. This court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal because the August 4, 2026 order challenged in the notice of appeal is not final or immediately appealable. See 28 U.S.C. 1291; Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(a); Religious Tech. Ctr. v. Scott, 869 F.2d 1306 (9th Cir. 1989) (denial of temporary restraining order (TRO) is appealable only if the denial is tantamount to the denial of a preliminary injunction); see also Grand Canyon Skywalk Develop., LLC v. Sa Nyu Wa Inc., 715 F.3d 1196, 1199-1200 (9th Cir. 2013) (Although TROs are not typically appealable interlocutory orders, we may review a TRO that possesses the qualities of a preliminary injunction where the district court holds an adversary hearing and the basis for the courts order was strongly challenged (internal quotes omitted)). This appeal is therefore dismissed. See 9th Cir. R. 3-6(b) (if court determines it lacks jurisdiction, [Entered: 09/25/2026 11:55 AM]
