March 31, 2010 Opinion or Order Filing 27 OPINION AND ORDER AWARDING ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS. The Court SANCTIONS the Plaintiff's counsel, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 11, in the amount of $3,507, to be paid to counsel for BBCI. Such payment shall occur within 14 days of the date of this Order, failing which, BBCI may apply to the Court to have the outstanding amount reduced to a judgment in favor of BBCI and against the Plaintiff's counsel. There being no remaining matters to resolve in this action, the Clerk of the Court shall close this case, by Judge Marcia S. Krieger on 03/31/2010. (wjc, )
