ORDER Directing Plaintiff to Make Monthly Filing Fee Payment or to Show Cause re: 12 Order granting 1 Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and granting 4 Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis. On or before 02/26/09 the Plaintif f shall make the required monthly payments for August, September, October, November, and December 2008, or show cause. By the 15th day of each month hereafter plaintiff shall either make the required monthly payment for each month or file a certified copy of his inmate trust fund account statement.
