OPINION AND ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY CASE SHOULD NOT BE DISMISSED: For the reasons set forth in the Order, the Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order 2 is DENIED. The Court will conduct a non-evidentiary hearing on Friday, 11/12/2010 at 10:00 AM in Courtroom A 901 before Judge Marcia S. Krieger for the purpose of addressing whether and to what extent an evidentiary hearing is necessary to address the Plaint iff's request for preliminary injunctive relief.
