Filing 12 ORDER SETTING SCHEDULING CONFERENCE Pursuant to Procedural Order Number One 10 , a scheduling conference will be held on January 28, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the Conference Room, Second Floor, the Byron White United States Courthouse, 1823 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado.
