Evid. 702 hearings, etc.) are necessary or appropriate in this action; (iii) whether it is appropriate to expedite the briefing and consideration of the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss; (iv) the status and expected trajectory of the Boulder County District Court lawsuit relating to the Ordinance; (v) whether the efficient resolution of this case can be facilitated by the voluntary dismissal of duplicative or peripheral claims; (vi) the extent to which there are factual disputes that will require resolution via evidentiary hearing or whether the parties can stipulate to all pertinent facts and resolve the matter on briefs; (vii) if a trial or evidentiary hearing is necessary, how much time will be required for it and when the parties will be prepared to proceed; and (viii) any other issues that will facilitate the just, speedy, and efficient resolution of the issues.
