October 16, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 11 ORDER striking #9 Plaintiff's Motion to Suppress (the "Motion") for failure to comply with the Court's rules. The Motion requests that "any rebuttal or defense, by [Defendant], be temporarily suppressed" and that "any further submission by [Plaintiff] to also be temporarily suppressed." Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(d), "a motion involving a contested issue of law shall state under which rule or statute it is filed and be supported by a recitation of legal authority in the motion." Here, the Motion fails to identify any legal authority for the relief requested and thus it is unclear what relief Plaintiff actually seeks through the Motion. To the extent Plaintiff seeks to restrict public access to filings in the case, he must specifically identify the filing(s) he seeks to restrict and comply with the requirements of D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.2.
