ORDER: The allegations of federal subject-matter jurisdiction in the Complaint are insufficient. The Plaintiff invokes the Court's subject-matter jurisdiction premised upon diversity of citizenship. Each of the Defendants is identified as a Limited Liability Company, the citizenship of which is determined by the citizenship of each of their constituent members. Siloam Springs Hotel, LLC v. Century Surety Co., 781 F.3d 1233 (10th Cir. 2015). Accordingly, to sufficiently allege diversity of citizenship, the Plaintiff must identify each member of each Defendant LLC, as well as each such member's own place of citizenship. Within 14 days of this Order, the Plaintiff shall file an Amended Complaint that sufficiently sets for the citizenship of each Defendant or otherwise show cause why this action should not be dismissed for lack of federal subject-matter jurisdiction.
