ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: A Scheduling Conference is set in this matter on January 13, 2020. The deadline for the parties to file their proposed Scheduling Order was January 6, 2020. It appears all defendants have been served, but none has entered an appearance or answered or otherwise responded to the Complaint. Despite a call from this court's chambers on January 7, 2020, requesting an update on the status of the case and whether Plaintiffs intended to move forward with the Scheduling Conference, and despite Plaintiffs' counsel advising that he had been in discussions with Defendants' counsel and would file a proposed Scheduling Order, nothing has been filed, nor have Plaintiffs moved for default or moved to continue the Scheduling Conference. The Scheduling Conference set for January 13, 2020, is vacated. Plaintiffs shall show cause in writing no later than January 16, 2020, why this case should not be dismissed for Plaintiffs' failure to prosecute their case and comply with this court's orders.
