MINUTE ORDER On November 2, 2020, Plaintiff filed a Letter requesting the Court to "order Trump and his FBI agent to cease to cover up and allow [Plaintiff] to access to [Plaintiffs] [sic] money to pay the $400 Court fee to get 9/11 Justice." (ECF No. #4 ). His request is DENIED. As Plaintiff was previously directed in numerous of his other actions (see e.g., Moussaoui v. Haifa Al Faisal Al Saud, 20cv2724-GPG at ECF No. #3 ), if he does not have access to enough money to pay the filing fee, he may submit a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. by Magistrate Judge Gordon P. ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO CURE DEFICIENCIES within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order. Any papers that Mr. Moussaoui files in response to this Order must be labeled with the civil action number identified on this Order. That the Clerk of Court shall mail to Mr. Moussaoui two copies of the court-approved forms for filing a Prisoner Complaint and a Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915, along with one copy of the applicable instructions. That if Mr. Moussaoui fails to cure the designated deficiencies within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, the action will be dismissed without further notice.
