McDonald, Matthew McDonald, or any other person who is eighteen years or older and a member of Mr. McDonalds family; and 2) pursuant to Colo. R. Civ. P. 4(f)(2), mailing the Summons and Complaint to Miller c/o Steven W. McDonald at the principal office and mailing address of 8500 Zuni Street, Denver, CO 80260, and to Steven W. McDonald at the Registered Agent address of 4380 S. Syracuse Street, Suite 304, Denver, CO 80237. Furthermore, in light of this Order, the scheduling conference set for January 31, 2022 is vacated and rescheduled1 for March 24, 2022, at 12:30 p.m. in Courtroom A-501, on the fifthfloor of the Alfred A.
