MINUTE ORDER. On May 16, 2022, Applicant filed a letter requesting an extension of time. (See ECF No. #6 ). The request is granted as follows. On May 5, 2022, the Court entered an Order Directing Applicant to Cure Deficiencies (ECF No. #4 ). In that order, the Court advised Applicant that his "claims may be asserted properly under 2241, as they appear to concern the execution of a state sentence. Thus, he must submit the court-approved Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241." (Id.). Therefore, if Applicant wishes to pursue any habeas corpus claims in this action, he shall have up to and including June 21, 2022 to cure the deficiencies as set forth in the Court's May 5 Order. By Magistrate Judge Gordon P. Gallagher on 5/20/2022.(trvo, )
