                MINUTE ORDER On April 10, 2026, the Court entered a Minute Order (ECF No. #5 ) directing Petitioner to correct this omission on or before May 1, 2026, but Petitioner has failed to do so. Therefore, the Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 (ECF No. #4 ) is STRICKEN. Petitioner will be given one final opportunity to cure the deficiencies in this action and must do so on or before June 1, 2026. In order to cure the deficiencies Petitioner must file on the proper form an Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 that he signs personally.
